When you click on the PayPal button above and are taken to the PayPal site to use your credit card, you only have to enter your email address then scroll to the bottom of the page to UNCHECK JOINING PAYPAL. You can then enter card data without joining PayPal.

*NOTE REGARDING MEMBERSHIP DUES: After October 1, dues increase to $75 (the additional $25 is deposited into the ATSSB Scholarship Fund). The membership year runs from August 1 to July 31. Associate Member dues are $25 all year, so anyone may join as an Associate Member after October 1 for $25. To enter students into competition leading to membership in the ATSSB All-State Band, you must be a current Active Member of ATSSB and the Texas Music Educators Association. If you wish to use a credit card to pay your dues online, select your dues category from the drop-down menu, note who the payment is for, then click BUY NOW. It will take you to PayPal’s website where you can use your credit card to pay dues (ATSSB will pay any fees involved; you will only be charged the dues). You do not have to be a member of PayPal to use your credit card to pay your dues. Just click on NO PAYPAL ACCOUNT?, enter your card data and you are done.
*NOTE REGARDING OPS FEES: If you wish to use a credit card to pay your Outstanding Performance Series entry fee(s) online, select the number of entries for which you are paying from the drop-down menu, note which band (and ISD if different from band name) the payment is for, then click BUY NOW. It will take you to PayPal’s website where you can use your credit card to pay the OPS fees (ATSSB will pay any fees involved; you will only be charged the entry fees). You do not have to be a member of PayPal to use your credit card to make a payment. Just click on NO PAYPAL ACCOUNT?, enter your card data and you are done.
